All eTork products carry the following Guarantees depending on usage:
NON-COMMERCIAL USE
LIFETIME CONSUMER GUARANTEE PROGRAM
Wrenches purchased for personal, non-commercial, non-industrial use are guaranteed for life. If the wrench fails to operate properly and requires repair, and you ship it to us, we will do all required work, provide all required parts, and ship it back to you within 5 working days of its receipt. At our option, we may substitute another wrench, either new or reconditioned, which is of equal or better quality.

ALL USE
30-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If during the period of 30 days from the date of purchase, you find this product not suitable for your needs due to drive size or capacity, we will replace it with another size, and refund, or charge you, the applicable then current difference in cost. This Guarantee is only valid for wrenches that are returned in a clean, unused condition, and contain the originally enclosed certificate of accuracy.
ONE-YEAR OPERATIONAL GUARANTEE
If during the period of 1 year from the date of purchase the wrench fails to operate properly and requires repair, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
