Return Policy
At eTORK, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your torque wrench, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email: support@etork.com or phone: 678-439-8782 to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please provide your eTORK order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the packaging.
- Ship the package to us via a traceable method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items
- Items that have been damaged or modified
- Items that are missing parts or accessories
